In a nutshell, the Well Workplace Awards initiative recognizes organizations that have built successful results-oriented wellness programs as defined by WELCOA’s Seven Benchmarks. This application contains the criteria that must be addressed in documenting program accomplishments in a completed twelve-month program cycle.

Submitting the Well Workplace Award Application is the final step in the Well Workplace process of implementing the Seven Benchmarks of a results-oriented wellness program. The information contained in the Orientation section will help you to better understand the application process and documentation requirements.

The Wellness Council of America (WELCOA) was established as a national not-for-profit organization in the mid 1980's through the efforts of a number of forward-thinking business and health leaders.
